"Igor and Rafael and the entire Banyan Tree staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip despite some unforeseen issues with the renovations of our room. The management went above and beyond to save our stay and keep us and our entire group together even though some of us had to be relocated. Igor could give a masterclass in great hospitality. Note for anyone considering staying here- it was challenging to get in touch with the hotel until we got onsite. It’s a pretty massive...

"Oui c’était parfait , sauf le service de taxi pour aéroport . L’affichage était 30$ us de 5 à 8 personnes . Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et la personne de l’hôtel a la porte , nous a arranger un chauffeur de taxi à 60 $ us au lieu de $ 30. !! Ce qui nous a semblé un arrangement avec le chauffeur de taxi . Pour le reste du séjour à l’hôtel , c’était impeccable . Merci . "
