"First time to Melia Cozumel. Great place to relax and unwind. Rooms were good size, food and service was great. Staff were incredibly friendly. Transportation into town was easy. Excursions were readily available. Had a great time! "

"Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!"

"Overall good stay. The beds are not comfortable. Food choices should be improved. There should be plentiful tacos, quesadillas, nachos etc readily available. The catamaran team never lets you have the boat and is not very friendly. "

"This is our 3rd stay here in a year. We love it so much. The only issues we ever have surround the bathroom. Faucets brown, tub faucets broken/rusted/leaking, shower will not keep constant pressure or temperature. If you were to maintain the bath areas this would be a huge thing for us. We have been down with large groups all 3 times with everyone complaining about room bathrooms. Everything else on the property is phenomenal!!! "
