"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "

"The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town. The room was very nice, although the fridge wasn't very cold and one of the mattresses was very soft, a bit like a water bed but I slept ok. Breakfast was amazing! "Two night stay at Marwell Zoo.Nice 'safari' style hotel situated right next to the Zoo. Plenty of convenient parking and quite an unusual hotel but also very nice. Pleasant comfortable room and bar area. Nice but unexceptional breakfast, but overall very good value!"
