Family room mit zwei Doppelbetten für einen Städtetrip ausreichend groß (wir reisten mit Bordgepäck, weshalb uns der Platz reichte; mit großen Koffern mag es zu viert zu eng sein). Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen."

"The Hotel was very Cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially their GM John. He made us feel at home and would come speak to us and check on us whenever he saw us. He was so caring especially knowing that we had travelled all the way from Fiji 24hrs of flight travel to stay at his Hotel. He admitted we were his first guests from the South Pacific. He really made us feel at home."

The location is phenomenal- 5 minutes walk to the Natural History Museum and the V&A, a few more to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and about 20 steps from Gloucester Rd tube which is on the Piccadilly line for easy access to and from Heathrow. Great selection of food all around it. The hotel itself is beautiful and the well maintained despite the old building. Front desk staff and concierge were all super sweet and helpful.
