"Great hotel in a pleasant setting, nice staff. Room was spacious and comfortable with a huge window with woodland views. Dinner was good but they need more healthy options on the menu as everything seems to come with chips. Breakfast was great. Overall, highly recommended! "

"Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum"

"Wonderful and warm service. Very attentive manager and very accomodating. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast service! Small property and thin walls, could hear neighboring guests... But overall very nice stay made up for the occasional noise. Would definitely return ! The price is right!"
