"Excellent location, only 10mins walk from Birmingham centre. Apartment had obviously been badly trated by other guests. We were staying in the two bedroom penthousewhich should have been the bees knees, unfortunately, the rooms were in need of a refresh with many of the furnishings badly stained, minimal cups, plates, glasses etc. Living room was small with not enough room for four people to sit comfortably. We booked for two nights but stayed for one, guess that says it all."

"The apartment was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location with the address bonus of outside space on its roomy balcony. Only a few minutes walk from a tram stop and very close to the canal district with all of its bars and restaurants. The keys need to be collected from and dropped back off to a shop 5 minutes walk away, so that was no hassle. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful with all of my queries and requests. We couldn't have asked for better. "
