"Absolute worst experience! We arrived here after being delayed 2 hours on our train and had to wait nearly 40 minutes before someone came to let us in. Finally a man, who didn't speak English, arrived and handed us a phone. The man on the phone told us that our room had been double booked by hotels.com and that we could not stay there.
