"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "

"Seems like the place is newly built. Everything is fresh & clean. Comfy bed. Love the use of hair straightener in the room. Free parking a bonus. Diner short walk so don’t have to get in the car again . Lovely place would highly recommend. Just a thing from me, I’d like to see your uniform be red shirts I think would match the motel better 😊 "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were that happy we booked in on our return journey from Devon. The hotel faces the Victoria Square Garden, with a short walk through the garden you’re into Clifton village. There’s restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also the bus stop is outside the hotel, where the No8 takes you into the city, and the return stop is also outside the hotel. I would recommend staying here ! "

"It's a rare joy to find a hotel with in room controlled aircon. I'd rebook just for that! The hotel is a grand old place and parking is a nightmare. But it's well situated with a sea walk just yards from your door and a surprisingly quiet location close to town."
