"Overall was clean and great rooms but was giving the running around when checking in tried to pay resort fees with cash and was declined. The registration girl had to keep going to Manger and calling instead of them to come help i felt unwelcomed at this point. The girl was very patient but they need more management that care about customer service. I had to put it on my card after and they also wanted to decline the food credits I received when booking the package. It was too much back and...

"Pros: Nice hotel. Smaller than the giants (Caesar’s, MGM) which we liked. Not as crazy with high traffic. 2 pools although the rooftop pool is closed indefinitely (staffing?). 8th floor pool nice however. Strat observation and bars, shops, food, up top. Open to midnite gotta see at dark or sunset. Machines are up to date, maintained, and clean. Staff is helpful. Restaurants are good bit pricey for the cafe and long waits. McDonald’s and Starbucks in the hotel! Overall enjoyed the hotel....

"Its close to the airport on the strip and has good access to at least 5 other casinos all owned by MGM. The hotel and staff are amazing. They are very military friendly both active and retired. I stay here every time I come to Vegas. "

"Lots to do! Take the bus if you're doing the strip it makes the experience so much better. If you're from Canada, you will need your passport to check-in. Huge location if you have accessibility needs make sure you bring a wheelchair as you will be walking a lot all the time. Great hotel though!"
