Lo que recomiendo es que personal del hotel debe anticipar que cobran impuestos al turista y no al momento de hacer el check in. También deben informar al cliente que le pueden entregar el formato de requisitos para solicitar sus tax free. Por qué no lo hacen. Pero la atención es bueno, con excepción de lo antes comentado."
