"Clean property, friendly staff. Food very average. Everything offered at every restaurant was offered at the buffet style restaurant throughout our stay so wouldn't necessarily recommend going to the restaurants unless you like a different decor lol. One of the sinks in out room would clog, as well as our shower. We did not reach out to remedy these issues so partially our fault. "

"Hands down the best resort I’ve been to in the area. The food had flavor and was seasoned well. The restaurant selections on site was plentiful. I can’t say enough about the spa… it was absolutely divine! Drinks were delicious. Best vacation I’ve ever been on. We stayed at at Club Elegance which was the all adult side. "

"Before staying at Finest Playa Mujeres I read reviews saying it was closer to a 4* than 5* and now having stayed there, I agree this is true. The hotel grounds are lovely and well kept, but sadly the hotel falls down in several other areas - the food is the biggest disappointment with service varying throughout the hotel. Rooms are a decent size but not 5* luxury. "
