"Amazing hotel, hospitality was amongst the best! Highly recommend."

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family "

"This is my first trip to Bali and staying at The Anvaya Beach Resort!! It was amazing, beautiful is an understatement. The food, the staff, my room everything was great! I don’t have any complaints…. Except if you want to use the spa, book it as soon as you arrive. I was here for 8 days and couldn’t get a reservation. The outside areas aren’t clean, but the people are very friendly and I felt very safe! "
