"Loved Sandos Caracoal Eco Resort. Staff was nice. Lots of options and loved all the nature, animals and options ON site for adventures! Loved swimming in the cenote . Not the best beach for swimming but the property makes up for it. The app was a little fickle, but a really cool feature to book reservations day of for dinner and communicate needs to service desk. Anytime we had an issue in the room (blow dryer didn’t work and safe had low battery) they fixed things really fast! The...

"This is the place you hope you’re booking when you book an all-inclusive resort. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, the rooms are spectacular, the balconies are large, palm trees everywhere, it’s quiet, has multiple pools, some hidden away in corners, the staff are excellent, the food is amazing, and there’s plenty of space on the beach to lounge. "We enjoyed our stay at El Beso and were impressed with all the additional things that are included like tennis, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. lots of food options but there is some down time when restaurants are not open. Didn’t love that. Would visit again. Rooms are nice. "
