"No pude probar el desayuno, es muy temprano y yo iba con 3 horas de diferencia en mi horario, para cuando me levantaba, ya se había terminado, lo cierran a las 10:00am. Deberían considerar que sus clientes no traen el Mismo uso horario y cuesta mucho trabajo poder estar a esas horas desayunando. De ahí en fuera todo bien, un poco de mantenimiento en los baños y todo perfecto."

"We booked a room last minute with this hotel after our flight was cancelled at Cancun airport. The hotel staff graciously accepted and hosted over 50 people that had nowhere to go. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for this hotel and the staff that remained helpful and positive despite the chaos. Our room was clean and the grounds were well-kept. Shuttles were on time and punctual for the amount of people that needed rushed to the airport next day. Wish we could have stayed longer! "
